Last Sunday, October 06 of 2012 I got this craving for Pandan Cake. At the time, I didn’t really know its name but I had a visual image of it and explained it to my mom and boyfriend.
Being the spoiled girlfriend that I am, boyfriend told me that we should go to the grocery and he’ll buy it for me so I can have something during breaks at the office.
And yay! We got it! At first I thought it didn’t exist anymore, because it’s been awhile since I had Pandan Cakes. I just told him that the wrapper had “rays of the sun” and he saw it. And actually, I even imagined it differently.
Nevertheless, I have my Pandan Cakes now and it’s almost out. Heehee. I shall buy some soon!
Snacks in the afternoon or morning cannot be avoided. In fact, it’s pretty normal. Just make sure you eat in small bits though or not too much – just moderate.
In choosing your snack though, it is best to go with the healthy ones such as Nova Multi-Grain Cracker or fresh fruits like pear, apples and oranges.
Not only can you enjoy eating but also get essential vitamins for the body. People often just eat and eat whatever they see (especially junk foods) and that’s not really good!
So make it a point to buy delightful and healthy snacks you can have for yourself during your “happy time” in the afternoons and morning breaks.
