So here’s another movie we watched, but for the first time I gave up on watching. The thing is, I don’t really like how slow the pace of the story is in this movie.
It’s yet another Channing Tatum movie that I was not impressed off. Then again, he is good in acting. I just didn’t like the story. It’s actually about a boy with a dark past which he seems to want to forget but this time, he gets back to that old place he was when he was a boy and has to face his fears.
Starring Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks, The Next Three Days is a movie about finding justice and escape. So suddenly, their almost perfect and happy life turns into shambles as Lara Brennan (Elizabeth Banks) gets arrested and sentenced to be sent to jail for murder. Despite the fact that she didn’t do it, she just gave up and takes the accusation.
With all of this, John Brennon (Russell Crowe) decides to find a way to sneak out his wife, believing she really did not do the murder. In doing that however, he faces many problems. After all, trying to escape from jail isn’t at all easy but must be planned carefully.
In the end, it is revealed who did the murder but the authorities didn’t really realize, fortunately, John Brennon and his family escapes just like how he planned.
