Last week, we finally finished watching Fated to Love You (2014). Actually it’s more of a re-watch for me since I’ve seen it before, only, I wanted my boyfriend to also watch it so I went through all the trouble of watching it all over again – I don’t regret anything though since there were some parts that I didn’t understand back then (I was probably doing something else while I watched before)
While many vouch for earlier version of Fated to Love You, this for me, is the better version. The story is very much different, I know as the old one was truly based on the manga which is the original story. But the Korean version made it more fun and unforgettable. I mean, who could ever forget Lee Gun’s amazing laugh? Ha ha ha ha! I won’t, I will never.
Kim Mi-young is very pure that every time I think about her I feel butterflies everywhere. What is not to like with Kim Mi-young? She’s so kindhearted, just perfect for the very proud Lee Gun.
That said, this is something you can re-watch no matter how many times! There’s never a dull moment in the episodes, there are sad days, happy days and surprises everytime. Heck, that Sambap Lady really got me!
So, if you haven’t seen this Korean drama, it’s a must watch! Got to say this is the only time, but I really want to thank ABS-CBN for airing it! Thanks to the awesome portrayal, Windstruck’s Jang Hyuk and very cute Jang Nara 🙂
I remember watching this some days/weeks ago. It was recommended by an online friend of mine. Definitely, Maybe is a chick-flick starring The Shopaholic’s Isla Fisher and Just Friends’ Ryan Reynolds.
Maya, Will Hayes’ 10 year old daughter (Ryan Reynold) suddenly asks her dad how his life was before he married. With this, Will tells his life and how he met her mother and also some other love stories of his life.
It will make you curious who actually Maya’s mother is but the end of story is really unexpected. This movie is really love-catchy in a way that you’ll feel bad for characters that never came to be Will’s happy ending and you’ll be moved to tears. Overall I can give it a 7/10 🙂
Fact: This movie was released on a Valentines Day <3
