Today, I was finally able to get my E-1 form from SSS. Thing is, I won’t be able to get my payroll bank account if I don’t get it. I was planning to get it along with my other papers of requirements which were waiting for signature – but then, it leaves me no choice because I want to get my salary through my a card or so :
I thought it was troublesome, as we all know, government ids and stuff usually means tons of line but I was really relieved that it was pretty easy (aside from the walking I had to go through) So I’m making this post as a guide for those who are planning to get registered for an SSS number.
Requirements or Things You Need:
I had a passport and a voter’s ID but the guy who was doing the recording and stuff asked for the xerox copy of my passport instead. But before going to that guy, first, go to the General Information section where a guy is asking about your details (if you are single or married) and it’s where you will get your form (E-1 form in my case)
After than proceed to the table next to the counter where people are paying. I even went into a line because I was clueless until half way, I was able to read some of the posted notes saying where is where and one will probably something about where E-1 forms are being issued.
Once you’ve talked to the authorized person and after you’re done with your thumb prints, you’re off to go. Well, that’s what they told me!
And by the way I took my SSS number from Shaw Boulevard branch 🙂 Thank God I didn’t have to fall in a bunch of line.
There are many cartoon channels out there. But what captures your childhood the most? Well, everyone has different tastes so we cannot really tell which is best but what’s your favorite ones?
When I was a kid, I really liked watching tons of anime and cartoons that I devoted most of my times in them (other than studying) and before I didn’t really know about internet.
Cartoon Network – Probably one of the most amazing part of my life is when my grandparents got us cable . I was able to watch many cartoons such as Scooby Doo, Johnny Bravo, Powerpuff Girls and many more. As a kid me and my uncle grew up to these cartoons and taught me many things I could imagine off. It brought us laughs and joy. But wait..
AXN – I was growing up, I just had to move on! I started to love anime and my source was AXN for anime shows such as Ranma 1/2, Gatekeepers, Gensomaden Saiyuki and so on. There was a point that my dad got angry of me because some of the anime they think is “mature” oh well. Back then, Animax didn’t exist so this was the place to be if you loved anime to bones (and if you don’t have internet)
Disney Channel – As awkward as can be, I loved this after my anime saga. Thing is, I was into this show called Art Attack and eventually, I fell in love with Totally Spies and many other kid shows. I also watched series from Disney like That’s so Raven and Even Stevens. I enjoyed their jokes very much.
Nickelodeon – I only liked Nickelodeon because of Jimmy Neutron, Spongebob and Ahh! Real Monsters (there were more) Then I started loving it as it became a bonding for me and dad watching Drake and Josh and Avatar. And this is one reason that up to now, I enjoy watching their shows – their new ones have jokes that gets me by on a stressful day such as their iCarly and Victorious. Even Big Time Rush that I thought was boring.
What’s your favorite cartoon channels?
